Design and fabricate a serving board out of wood.
I have always been a pizza lover and wanted my own pizza peel. This project gave me the opportunity to make my own. The materials use are walnut and maple.
Initial Designs.
The puzzle piece and snowboard serving boards were close contenders.
Hand Sketch.
This is the initial sketch done by hand for the final serving board.

Process Photo.
Here I am clamping a piece of maple on top of the walnut handle. I wanted to make it thicker for shaping a more ergonomic grip.
